RETURN POLICY
You may return your merchandise within thirty (30) days of purchase and obtain a full refund of the original purchase price of the product, excluding any shipping and handling charges.
Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and in the original packaging material with all the original components (i.e. manuals, cables, batteries, etc.) or a handling fee of 20% will apply. (Supplies and consumable merchandise will not be accepted for return if the packaging has been opened)
If you need to return your merchandise, please contact estore@fujifilm.ca or call Fujifilm’s Customer Service Department at 1-800-461-0416. We will respond to all requests within 24 hours during our standard business hours.
Please ensure to provide the following information when contacting Fujifilm:
- Your order confirmation number
- The merchandise you are returning
- The reason for your return
- The condition of your product – (are all accessories included, packaging open or unopened, etc.)
Fujifilm will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (“RMA”) which must be clearly marked on the outside of the box containing the returned merchandise. The RMA will expire within 14 days of issuance, so please ensure that it is returned within that time frame.
Returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid and we recommend you return product using a service that provides tracking documentation and insurance. Fujifilm is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit and therefore a refund will not be issued.
When your return has been received and inspected, Fujifilm will process your refund. Please allow for 7-10 days from the receipt of your return for your refund to be processed.
